Mapua MCL’s Senior High School Students Explore Robotics in Mission: RoboCourier – A Logistics Challenge using Matrix MA300

As part of the ASEAN Month Celebration, Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna’s (Mapúa MCL) Office for Strategic Partnerships and Global Engagement (OSPGE), in collaboration with Semiconductor and Electronics Industries in the Philippines, Inc. (SEIPI), FELTA Multi Media Inc., and the Association of Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing Engineers of the Philippines (ASEMEP), hosted an exciting workshop titled “Mission: RoboCourier – A Logistics Challenge using Matrix MA300” on September 24, 2025.

The activity introduced Mapua MCL’s Senior High School students to the world of robotics and programming through the Matrix MA300 robotics set. Students eagerly took part in hands-on activities, including robot building, coding exercises, and a simulation challenge that tested both their creativity and problem-solving skills. The interactive format made the workshop not only educational but also engaging and fun.

Through this initiative, students were able to see how robotics connects to real-world applications, particularly in logistics and automation. The experience also encouraged teamwork, innovation, and critical thinking, skills that are essential in today’s technology-driven industries.
