Admission Guidelines For Transferees

Students seeking transfer from another school to Mapúa MCL may apply for admission. We encourage you to read through the following information regarding transfer admission procedure for Senior High School and College.
Senior High School

I. Apply as Transferee through this link.

 

II. Pay the application fee (Non-refundable P400.00). Payment channels can be found through this link.

 

III. Send the proof of payment to [email protected]​

 

IV. Email the initial requirements to [email protected]. Your enrollment adviser will reach out to you for instructions.​
 
V. Once sent, kindly wait for your schedule of Diagnostic Examination to be sent via email.​

1. Grade 11 Report Card
2. Course Description

Enrollment Requirements

1. Grade 11 Report Card
2. Course Description
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. PSA Birth Certificate
5. Photocopy of Parent’s Valid ID with Signature Specimen
6. 1.5″x1.5″ picture with plain white background
7. SHS Voucher (optional)
8. Signed Study Plan

College

I. Apply as Transferee through this link.

Enrollment Requirements

1. Transcript of Records/ Copy of Grades

3. Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. PSA Birth Certificate
6. Photocopy of Parent’s Valid ID with Signature Specimen
7. 1.5″x1.5″ picture with plain white background
8. Accomplished and signed Mapúa MCL Crediting Form
