I am a College Freshman and I missed my New Student Orientation. Where can I request a new schedule?

You may request for a new schedule by sending an email to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) at [email protected].

Will there be an online New Student Orientation?

Online New Student Orientation Schedules will be conducted on August 24, 2024. The morning session starts at 8:30 AM, while the afternoon session starts at 1:30 PM. Registration for each session will be posted via Blackboard Learn under “New Student Orientation for A.Y. 2024-2025” course.

After attending the online New Student Orientation, where can I have my New Student Clearance signed?

Students who have already attended any New Student Orientation session may visit the Student Affairs Office (SAO) located at the 3rd Floor, Einstein Building for signing of the New Student Clearance.

What if I still failed to attend any of the scheduled New Student Orientation sessions, whether on-site or online, how can I have my New Student Clearance signed for the orientation?

Students who failed to attend any of the scheduled New Student Orientation sessions will undergo the orientation via asynchronous mode through the Blackboard Learn (BBL) under “New Student Orientation AY 2024-2025” Course.
 
Follow the General Guidelines issued in the course to secure the signing of their New Student Clearance.

Where can I go if I missed my Entry MELT schedule?

For Entry MELT concerns, students may visit the OPQM located at the Ground Flr., Rizal Bldg.
You may also request re-scheduling by filling out this form. Once done, kindly wait for an email from OPQM regarding you new MELT Exam Schedule.

Blue and Silver Bookshop - Uniform

I purchased a wrong size uniform. Is it possible to return it and order the correct size?

The replacement of purchased uniforms shall be subject to the replacement policies and standards of the Blue and Silver Bookshop.

Would it be possible to have a uniform made in my size if there isn't one available in your store?

Students who want their uniforms tailored to fit their specific size may do so.

Fees will be charged depending on the request. Since this is a customized order rather than a bulk purchase, the delivery may require additional time.

How can I access my Mapúa MCL Accounts?

After enrollment, the Admissions Office will send your Account Credentials via email.
 
OneMCL Live Account: Serves as your Student Portal to access your Schedule, Curriculum, Payments, etc.
 
Blackboard Learn​: The Learning Management System used to access the Professors’ Announcements, Learning Materials, etc.
 
Canvas Accounts: For Business (ETYCB) and Health Sciences (CHS) students, you will receive your credentials via Live Account.

I lost my School I.D. How do I request for a new one?

Submit an Affidavit of Loss from any Notary Public Office to the ITSO Department located at 2nd Floor, Rizal Building Extension.
 
ID Replacement Fee of Php 500 must be settled.

The classes have already started, but I have yet to complete my New Student Clearance and claim my School I.D. What should I do?

Kindly present your General Schedule of Assessment (GSA) and Valid I.D. to the security upon entrance.

Enrollment Kit

How do I claim my Enrollment Kit?

During signing of the New Student Clearance, the Admissions Office will give one (1) Enrollment Kit stub per student to claim your Enrollment Kit.
 
To claim your Enrollment Kit, kindly present your stub and School I.D. to the Blue and Silver Bookshop.
 
NOTE: For now, kindly wait for further announcements regarding the official dates for the start of claiming.

I lost my Enrollment Kit Stub. May I request for another stub?

The Admissions Office only provides one (1) Enrollment Kit stub per student.

 

Make sure to keep your Enrollment Kit stubs. Lost stubs will not be issued again.
