Digital Media Officer

Summary of Responsibilities

The position is responsible for planning, production, and development of online marketing initiatives, as well as, maintenance and modification of corporate digital media, inlcuding websites, microsites, social media sites, email marketing, and digital content placed on third-party sites. It is also responsible in working with marketing communications, creative copywriting specialists on digital marketing content, design, and campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent;
2. Knowledgeable in developing websites, email campaigns, SEO, search engine marketing, online content, social media programs, mobile marketing;
3. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills;
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills;
5. Good moral character.

Guidance Facilitator/Counselor

Summary of Responsibilities

The position is responsible for the implementation of Guidance Services that assist students and employees to utilize their potentials to the fullest and guide them in planning and setting goals in accordance with abilities. The function includes consultation, information, referral, research and evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications

1. With Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling; With Master's units in Guidance and Counseling
2. With PRC license in Guidance and Counseling;
3. With atleast 3 years experience in guidance counseling and psychological testing;
4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and facilitation skills;
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills;
6. Proficient in basic computer processes (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, internet navigation, and email);
7. Good moral character.

Marine Engineering Faculty Member

Summary of Responsibilities

1. The position is responsible for realizing the set course learning outcomes of assigned teaching loads and to progressively to do so at ever higher levels.
2. The position may also be assigned to conduct assessments of classes other than their own to ensure attainment of course and program objective.
3. The position is responsible for determining the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of their quality and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Officer in Charge of a Watch on seagoing ships powered by main propulsion machinery of 750 kW propulsion power or more.
2. 12 months of seagoing experience as "Officer in Charge of a Watch on seagoing ships of 500 gross tonnage or more.
3. Preferably with teaching experience.
4. A BS Marine Engineering degree holder.
5. Completed Training Course for Instructors (IMO Model Course 6.09) or its equivalent as approved by the Maritime Administration.
6. Completed Training Course on Assessment, Examination and Certification of Seafarers (IMO Model Course 3.12) or its equivalent as approved by the Maritime Administration.

Laboratory Assistant

Summary of Responsibilities

The position is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of the assigned cluster in the Instructional Facilities Office by the implementation of management and utilization procedures and strategies on the cluster’s corresponding facilities and items. Directly assumes responsibility and accountability for the assigned Instructional Facility Cluster, its facilities, items, documents and records.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Graduate of Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related undergraduate and/or tertiary programs.
2. Preferably with related professional licenses and certifications.
