Mapúa MCL hosts National AI Prompt Design Challenge Bootcamp

Mapúa MCL served as a venue partner for the National AI Prompt Design Challenge Bootcamp last June 18, 2025, at the Francisco Balagtas Auditorium.   

Participants began with a comprehensive 3-hour bootcamp, where they learned best practices in generative AI prompt design, ethical AI applications, and security considerations. Afterwards, they took on a hands-on challenge, using their skills to develop Gen AI-powered tools and apps.    

The challenge aims to elevate generative AI skill in the Philippines by introducing participants to the basics of prompt engineering. 

This initiative was held in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4: Quality Education.
