Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna (Mapúa MCL) proudly participates in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) Global Conference 2025, held at Tongmyong University in Busan, South Korea. Chaired by Dr. Jin-Suk Kim, the conference convened university leaders and innovators from around the world to present pioneering initiatives in education and research.

Representing Mapúa MCL is Engr. Rachel Villanueva, Assistant Vice President for Planning and Quality Management and Director for International Ranking, who formally accepted the Global Top 400 Award on behalf of the institution. Mapúa MCL earned an impressive 286th rank among the world’s most innovative universities, a distinction that reflects its steadfast commitment to visionary leadership, academic excellence, and real-world impact.
