Varsity Tryouts Schedule for Table Tennis – AY 22-23

All students from MCL Senior High School and College (Boys and Girls) are welcome to join the tryouts for the Table Tennis Varsity on the following dates:

Important Notes:

  1. Students must be enrolled at MCL to be able to try out.
  2. Be in your sports attire.
  3. Bring your own towel, tumbler, water jug, or bottled water.
  4. Please make sure to come to your tryout on time.

College graduates or graduating college students who will be joining the 20th Commencement Exercises (the Class of 2022 and those who signed up from the Class of 2020 and Class of 2021) are advised to take note of the following dates:

Advisory on Claiming of MCL IDs

MCL will be implementing the No ID, No Entry Policy starting on the following dates.

For Current Students: September 6, 2022
For New Students: September 16, 2022

All MCL students who have yet to claim their MCL ID are advised to refer to the table below for more information on ID claiming:

  • Entry MCL English Language Test (MELT) for Incoming Freshmen College Students
  • Enrollment Credentials
Once you’ve been advised that your MCL ID is ready for claiming, present any ID or proof of your identification to the Registrar’s Office to claim.

For your convenience, it would be best to accomplish the Post-Enrollment Clearance and claim your ID as soon as possible. 

Fully online learning through MCL FLUX is also available for students are not able to accomplish their Post-Enrollment Clearance yet.

Current Students

(Senior High School and College)

Make sure you have submitted or have had your ID photo taken by August 31, 2022.

If you are participating in F2F classes or on-site classes:

Have your ID photo taken at the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO).

If you are not participating in F2F classes or on-site activities:

Submit your ID photo via email to: [email protected]

Once you’ve been advised that your MCL ID is ready for claiming, present any ID or proof of your identification to the Registrar’s Office to claim.

Deadline for ID claiming for CURRENT students:

September 5, 2022

Note: If you will not be able to submit your ID photo by August 31, 2022, your MCL student ID will be released at a later date. Students without an MCL ID will need to acquire a Student ID Pass from the Student Affairs Office to be able to enter the campus after September 5, 2022.

 

Important Notes on the Post-Enrollment Medical Exam (PEME) for NEW STUDENTS:

  1. After submitting your consent form, please wait 5 days before setting your appointment with any of the Hi-Precision Diagnostics (HPD) branches. Accommodation is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
  2. Please bring the following before proceeding with your scheduled appointment:
    • Certification of Matriculation (CM)
    • Any valid proof of identification (school ID, government ID, passport, PSA/NSO birth certificate, Barangay clearance, etc.)
    • Students/parents may also present an endorsement letter from MCL as proof that they are students from Malayan Colleges Laguna.

Malayan Colleges Laguna, A Mapúa School is cordially inviting the graduates of the College Class of 2020 and Class of 2021 (until Midyear Term of A.Y. 2020-2021)  to join the Class of 2022 for the 20th Commencement Exercises this September 10, 2022, at the Philippine International Conventional Center (PICC), Plenary Hall.

Please be informed that slots are limited and are on a first come, first served basis. Those who will not be accommodated for the 20th Commencement Exercises may participate in the next graduation rites tentatively scheduled to be held in December 2022.

Below are the requirements needed for all MCL students who will be engaging in face-to-face (F2F) learning and other on-site engagements this A.Y. 2022-2023:

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • Students who have already submitted the said requirements during the Midyear Term AY 2021-2022 are not required to submit again.
  • Students who will not be able to submit these requirements may engage in online learning mode until they have complied with their submission.
  • New students who will be claiming their MCL Student ID must first accomplish the Post-Enrollment Clearance that will be issued by the Registrar’s Office. More information will be announced via the New Student Orientation Course on BBL.
  • Current students may claim their MCL Student ID from the Registrar’s Office. Please bring a valid ID for verification purposes. If a representative will be claiming for the student, an authorization letter and a copy of the student’s valid ID is required.
