B.A. Communication students participate in Media Tour at GMA 7

On June 17, 2025, Mapúa MCL’s BA Communication students took a media tour at the country’s largest network, GMA7. The purpose was to observe the role of communication and media within the broader context of Filipino society.  The media tour is an annual activity for the BA Communication program.  

It aims to help students understand how media organizations operate, show them how broadcast journalists and communication experts work in the field, and enable them to critically consider the role of media in Philippine society. 

This activity was in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4: Quality Education.
