INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:

APPLICANT MUST:
• Apply for admission (hence, submit initial admission requirements c/o ADO);
• Take the Mapúa MCL Entrance Examination on or before May 18, 2024.

CONTINUITY REQUIREMENTS:

*Must have achieved a GWA of at least 90% in the previous school year.
*Must have no student discipline record for any major offense.

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:

CONTINUITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Continuing students must not have any failing grades in the previous semester.

• Incoming Mapúa MCL Grade 12 student who belongs to the top 5% of the strand in terms of GWA during previous school year (Grade 11).

• Must be in the list of top 5% of the strand in terms of GWA during previous school year as certified by the Student Affairs Director and approved by the Executive Vice President, SVP for Finance, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and SHS Principal.

CONTINUITY REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required proof of enrollment (e.g. Official Receipt of payment of school fees, Certificate of Matriculation).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• NOTE: Student must have attended schooling in the previous school year when they enroll in Mapúa MCL-SHS for the ESC or Voucher to be valid.

CONTINUITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Student must continue to study in Mapúa MCL-SHS for their Grade 12 immediately after Grade 11 school year.
• Transferee students must have availed of the ESC / QVA in the immediately preceding school year as Grade 11 students.

• Php 17,500 DepEd subsidy per school year
