No I.D., No Entry Policy Implementation

Please be informed about an important update regarding access to the school premises. Starting 

November 8, 2023, we will be implementing a “No ID, No Entry” policy.
 

This policy is being put in place to enhance the security and safety of our school community, 

ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access to the campus. We kindly request your full 

cooperation and support in adhering to this policy.
 

Here are some key points to keep in mind: 

• Effective Date: The “No ID, No Entry” policy will go into effect on November 8, 2023. 
• Student ID Card: To gain access to the school premises, you must always have your official MMCL student ID card with you. If you have not received your ID card yet, please contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance immediately to obtain it. 
• ID Verification: School security personnel will be stationed at entry points to verify your ID card. It will be scanned or visually inspected, so please ensure your ID is in good condition and clearly visible. 
• Visitors: Visitors and guests will also be required to present valid identification and sign in at the main Security Office before being granted access to the campus. 
• Lost or Damaged IDs: If you lose your ID card or it becomes damaged, please report it to the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO) as soon as possible to obtain a replacement. 
• Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to present your ID card or attempting to enter the school without it may result in restricted access to school facilities and services. Please be aware that this policy is in place to protect all members of our community.
