With the recent surge of COVID-19 cases in the country, Malayan Colleges Laguna, A Mapúa School would like to know state of health and wellness of its students through the MCL Students’ Current Health Status Survey. Every student is requested to kindly participate.

This is for the purpose of gathering valuable information that will guide MCL on the possibility of making the necessary adjustments to alleviate the situation of its students with regards to their learning engagements and academic requirements.

Student COVID-19 Vaccine Reservation

As part of our commitment to Student Welfare, Malayan Colleges Laguna, A Mapúa School has agreed to participate under the vaccination program of AC Health.  This provides an option for you to avail of COVID-19 vaccines for a minimal fee.

How much is the fee for administration?
You may avail of the vaccines for a minimal fee of Php850. This covers the vaccine administration fee for 2 doses of the Moderna Vaccine. The Moderna Vaccine itself (worth Php3,000+) will be free of charge for students.

When is the date for administration?
The target date for administration is from December 2021 to January 2022.

Who can avail of the vaccination program?
The vaccination program covers MCL students who are above 12 years old only.

How do I avail?

  1. Payments may be made via GCash. Please follow the instructions below:

To secure your allocation, payment should be made by December 16, 2021.

2. Once paid, please coordinate with the Treasury Office and wait for further instructions regarding the administration of your vaccine. Those with questions may contact the Student Affairs Office via [email protected].

Last Call for Late Enrollment for College (Second Term, A.Y. 2021-2022)

All MCL college students are advised that late enrollment for the Second Term of A.Y. 2021-2022 is open only until December 9, 2021. Please take note of the following requirements:

a. Request for Manual Enrollment MS365 Submission Form  – Available starting December 6, 2021 until 12:00 NN of December 9, 2021. Form availability will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

b. Letter of Explanation to the College – Students are required to submit a letter of explanation to their respective college. It must contain the following statements:

      • Reason for late enrollment.
      • Commitment to take full responsibility over the missed class sessions, assessments, and course activities since November 24, 2021.
      • Commitment to enroll on time in the coming terms.
      • Commitment to finish the on-site enrollment within 24 hours after the approval from the College (after clearance from the Treasury Office) is given via an email notification sent through their MCL Live Email account.

 

Note:
 
Extension of enrollment does not apply to Revision of Course Load except for highly meritorious cases to be decided upon by the Assistant Vice President of the Office for Academic Services and the Vice President for Academic Affairs; as endorsed by the College Dean.
