DESCRIPTION:With due consideration of the summer season\, there will be a temporary change in the campus dress code policy. Starting from April 3\, 2024\, to July 26\, 2024 (End of 3rd Term)\, all Mapúa MCL students are hereby allowed to wear decent short pants on campus. \nPlease note that this is the only exception to the dress code policy stated in the student handbook. All other rules and regulations regarding appropriate attire remain in effect. DESCRIPTION:Please be informed about an important update regarding access to the school premises. Starting  \nNovember 8\, 2023\, we will be implementing a “No ID\, No Entry” policy.\n  \nThis policy is being put in place to enhance the security and safety of our school community\,  \nensuring that only authorized individuals gain access to the campus. We kindly request your full  \ncooperation and support in adhering to this policy.\n  \nHere are some key points to keep in mind:  \n\nEffective Date: The “No ID\, No Entry” policy will go into effect on November 8\, 2023. \nStudent ID Card: To gain access to the school premises\, you must always have your official MMCL student ID card with you. If you have not received your ID card yet\, please contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance immediately to obtain it. \nID Verification: School security personnel will be stationed at entry points to verify your ID card. It will be scanned or visually inspected\, so please ensure your ID is in good condition and clearly visible. \nVisitors: Visitors and guests will also be required to present valid identification and sign in at the main Security Office before being granted access to the campus. \nLost or Damaged IDs: If you lose your ID card or it becomes damaged\, please report it to the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO) as soon as possible to obtain a replacement. \nConsequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to present your ID card or attempting to enter the school without it may result in restricted access to school facilities and services. Please be aware that this policy is in place to protect all members of our community.

Complete the application form and attach the following requirements:  \n\nAccomplished Application Form \nMapúa MCL Student ID \nDriver’s License \nCopy of Vehicle’s OR/CR \n\n3. Submit all requirements to the Campus Development and Maintenance Office (CDMO) located at the ETY Lobby.  \n4. Pay the Php 500 sticker fee.  \nOnce your application has been processed\, you will be given a Mapúa MCL Parking Sticker. Please display this sticker on your vehicle windshield at all times when using the designated Mapúa MCL parking spaces.   \nFor inquiries\, please visit the Campus Development and Maintenance Office.
