Registration in a Course

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  • STEP 1: VALIDATION OF SCHOLARSHIPS
    1. For scholars, proceed to the Center for Scholarships and Financial Assistance at the Office for Student Services for validation of scholarships.
    2. Deadline of Validation for Sibling Discount is on September 18 to 29, 2017.

  • STEP 2: ENCODING OF COURSES
    1. Students with back account must settle their balances first at the Office of the Treasurer before proceeding to the encoding centers.
    2. Go online and login to OnEMCL or proceed to the encoding centers. Reserved slot is valid up to 2 working days, clearing time is at 05:00pm.
    3. OnEMCL closes per batch as scheduled. Late Registrants must proceed to R209 & R210 to encode courses and reserve slots.
    4. GSA printing station is at R208.

  • STEP 3: PAYMENT OF FEES AND RELEASE OF CERTIFICATE OF MATRICULATION
    1. Proceed to the following cashier windows to pay your fees:
    2. Claim your Certificate of Matriculation (CM) at ETY Lobby.
    3. For payments done through RCBC over-the-counter, your payment will NOT be credited to the student's account (and may result in the expiration of your reserved slots) unless you present the validated deposit slip to the treasurer's office. You may also send the validated deposit through fax or e-mail

    4. For inquiries regarding other payment channels, please call the Office of the Treasurer at

REVISION OF COURSE LOAD AND ABOLISHED SECTION

  • Proceed to Windows 3, 5, and 6 of the Office of the College Registrar, to process your revision(s) anytime until September 29, 2017.
  • Abolished sections shall be posted on the first week of classes. See the Dean/Program Chair concerned immediately for advising.

RESIDENCY

  • Students who have no remaining courses left to enroll but have a standing "C" or "INC" grade should file for Residency from August 22, 2017.
You may get your FINAL GRADE REPORT (FGR) anytime during enrollment at 2nd Floor, JP Rizal Bldg.
