Additional requirements for Academic Track teacher applicants:

For LET passers: Copy of License and/or PRC documents

For applicants with teaching experience: Certificate of Employment from previous or current school

Additional requirements for Academic Track teacher applicants:

 Has attended training relevant to the courses in respective strand

 Has a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Certificate (NC) of at least one level higher than course to be taught in subject to be taught (e.g. at least NC-III in SMAW to teach SMAW-NC-II)

Position: Admissions Assistant

The position is responsible for the proper representation of the school in career orientation and school visits, disseminating admissions information within and outside MCL, processing of applicants for admission and providing other clerical assistance.

Job Description:

• Attends to the needs and inquiries of applicants regarding admission requirements.
• Assists in the preparation and administration of MCL entrance examination to applicants inside and outside the College and its corresponding activities.
• Maintains the accuracy and confidentiality of records such as results of entrance examinations and testing materials.
• Coordinates with the IT department regarding changes on existing reports and website update as requested by the Admissions Director.
• Assists in informing the applicants for transfer regarding the status of application and informs them the documents for submission as necessary.


• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Communication Arts, Public Relations or other related courses
• With at least two years related working experience
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer processes (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and email)
• Good moral character
• Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna

Position: Program Assistant

The position aims to assist with daily operations and provide programmatic support to the Alumni Center and its activities as well as the programs of Office for Strategic Partnerships and Global Engagement.

Job Description:

• Assist in the development of programs and activities for the Alumni Center such as but not limited to social events, academic and professional values enrichment initiatives, technical seminars and conferences, community engagement, homecoming and other collaborative activities within and outside the institution.
• Perform a wide range of alumni-related activities including organizing events to engage and involve MCL Alumni in meaningful ways.
• Assist the Director in managing the social media and online pages of the Center.
• Assist in the conduct of necessary exit surveys, tracer studies and monitoring of graduates with their employment information with regards to their employment status.
• Serve as a contact person and coordinator between the alumni and MCL.


• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Preferably an alumnus/alumna of MCL
• With experience working effectively with a variety of people and personalities and ability to adjust and be flexible with cross-cultural work environment
• Must be an effective multi-tasker with an ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, prioritize competing assignments and deadlines while producing high accurate work
• With pleasing personality

Position: Program Chair for BS Information Technology

This position is responsible for providing professional support and assistance in the implementation of various programs and projects and enforcing approved academic and administrative policies, procedures and rules and regulations involving the Department, its faculty members, non-teaching staff and students.

Job Description:

• Assists in the formulation of educational policies of the Department.
• Assists in the formation, implementation, and evaluation of plans and programs of the Department.
• Assists in rendering consultation, assistance, and support to faculty members and students.
• Helps promote effective and quality instruction through continuing education, faculty development programs, and introduction of recent trends in teaching methodology.
• Assists in the supervision of performance of faculty members, evaluates and prepares the Faculty Ranking Evaluation Essentials of the Department.


• Must be a Filipino citizen
• At least a master’s degree preferably in Information Technology requiring at least a bachelor’s degree in the same field
• With at least three (3) years of Computer Science work, CS Consultancy, CS research experience or tertiary level CS teaching experience within the last five (5) years
• With demonstrated performance in core and functional competencies for Program Chair Position
• Good moral character
• Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna

Position: Network Engineer

This position is responsible for designing, installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of network equipment and infrastructure of the organization or between campuses.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the design, installation, configuration and maintenance of the network and telephone equipment including interface configuration and routing protocols.
• Install, configure and maintain DNS, DHCP and Proxy servers.
• Establish network by evaluating network performance issues, availability, throughput and latency.
• Perform daily monitoring, analysis of logs and security monitoring.
• Employ policies and fine tuning or hardening as needed to ensure health and protection of all network devices and servers.


• Must be a Filipino citizen
• At least Bachelor’s Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent IT related programs
• With at least one (1) year related working experience
• At least passed CCNA 1 to 4 course
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good moral character
• Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
