 A Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 15 units of specialization in subjects of the respective strand

Additional requirements for Academic Track teacher applicants:

For LET passers: Copy of License and/or PRC documents

For applicants with teaching experience: Certificate of Employment from previous or current school

Additional requirements for Academic Track teacher applicants:

 Has attended training relevant to the courses in respective strand

 Has a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Certificate (NC) of at least one level higher than course to be taught in subject to be taught (e.g. at least NC-III in SMAW to teach SMAW-NC-II)

Position: Purchasing Clerk


1. Processes difficult and unique purchasing transactions according to state and federal statutes, policies established by the Malayan Colleges Laguna and institutional policies and procedures.
2. Examines and analyzes departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information; contacts department or initiator to clarify or complete information; determines method to process requisition based on dollar amount, timeliness required, existing open contracts, and/or competitive bidding.
3. Identifies and selects vendor to procure requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality and delivery date and places orders.
4. Identifies requesting department’s needs and develops and refines specifications for commodities, supplies or equipment.
5. Interviews sales representatives to develop new sources of technical supplies, securing favorable terms for the College; updates records and files and secures samples, descriptions, photos or information for departments.
6. Interprets and communicates purchasing procedures to departments; assists departments in initiating requisitions and orders, and solves problems with orders.
7. Writes and distributes complex and technical bid invitations or requests for proposals; receives and analyzes bids, quotes, proposals, and awards the contract.
8. Resolves purchasing problems between department and vendor.
9. Performs other pertinent duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.

Position: Guidance Counselor


1. Must be a Filipino citizen
2. Registered/licensed Guidance Counselor
3. Masters level in Guidance and Counseling
4. At least 3 years’ experience in Guidance & Counseling
5. Pleasing personality
6. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; capable of coaching and mentoring
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
8. Proficient in basic computer processes (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and email)
9. Good moral character

Position: Admission Clerk


1. Must be a Filipino citizen
2. Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Communication Arts, Public Relations or other related courses;
3. With at least two years related working experience;
4. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills;
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills;
6. Proficient in basic computer processes (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, and internet navigation and e-mail)
7. Good moral character
