 A Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 15 units of specialization in subjects of the respective strand

Additional requirements for Academic Track teacher applicants:

For LET passers: Copy of License and/or PRC documents

For applicants with teaching experience: Certificate of Employment from previous or current school

Additional requirements for Academic Track teacher applicants:

 Has attended training relevant to the courses in respective strand

 Has a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Certificate (NC) of at least one level higher than course to be taught in subject to be taught (e.g. at least NC-III in SMAW to teach SMAW-NC-II)

Position: IT Resources Assistant

Description: will be primarily in-charge of all IT resource management tasks in MCL. These include maintaining hardware and software inventories, managing the various IT contracts, warranties, and agreements, and requisitioning of needed IT equipment and supplies for DO-IT. He/she may also be asked to perform helpdesk duties should the primary IT Helpdesk be indisposed. As IT helpdesk, he/she will log client calls, create the support tickets, and escalate the tickets accordingly.


• Must be a Filipino citizen;
• Graduate of any computer related diploma course;
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Good moral character.

Position: Computer Technician

Description: The Computer Technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots and upgrades computer hardware, software, personal computer networks, and peripheral equipment, makes recommendations regarding hardware and software acquisitions; prepares documentations and provides user assistance to office staffs and MCL students.


• Must be a Filipino citizen;
• Two year diploma on Computer hardware servicing course or equivalent;
• With at two (2) years related working experience;
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Good moral character.

Position: Guidance Counselor


1. Must be a Filipino citizen
2. Registered/licensed Guidance Counselor
3. Masters level in Guidance and Counseling
4. At least 3 years’ experience in Guidance & Counseling
5. Pleasing personality
6. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; capable of coaching and mentoring
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
8. Proficient in basic computer processes (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and email)
9. Good moral character
