Qualifications:

 A Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 15 units of specialization in subjects of the respective strand

Additional requirements for Academic Track teacher applicants:

For LET passers: Copy of License and/or PRC documents

For applicants with teaching experience: Certificate of Employment from previous or current school

Additional requirements for Academic Track teacher applicants:

 Has attended training relevant to the courses in respective strand

 Has a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Certificate (NC) of at least one level higher than course to be taught in subject to be taught (e.g. at least NC-III in SMAW to teach SMAW-NC-II)


Position: Admission Officer

This position is responsible for coordinating with Admissions Director regarding quality student admission, its requirements and quota for both Senior High School and Colleges.

Description:
• Keeps admissions within planned quotas;
• Prepares data relevant to student admission requirements;
• Administers entrance examinations;
• Implements student admission policies;
• Evaluates the performance of students through the results of the entrance examinations and interviews;
• Undertakes admissions research and follow up studies;
• Applies statistical and testing methods.

Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino citizen
• At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related course
• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or equivalent professional practice
• With at least two years prior work experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; capable of coaching and mentoring
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Has basic knowledge of the CHED rules of employment
• Proficient in basic computer processes (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and email)
• Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
• Good moral character

Position: Office of Quality Management Manager

This position will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the organization and will also be involved in developing the quality goals and targets in the organization’s strategic plan. Knowledge of statistics is required with general numeracy, to be able to assimilate and analyze data, and coupled with good interpersonal skills.

Description:
• Applies a systematic approach to support changes implemented by the management to achieve a goal or meet the needs of a particular situation; supports the management’s effort in addressing resistance and developing the required knowledge and ability to implement the change
• Demonstrates passion to achieve outstanding results and continuously improve one’s performance of duties.
• Demonstrates knowledge of techniques, skills, equipment, procedures and materials; Applies knowledge to identify issues and internal problems; Works to develop additional technical knowledge and skills
• Ensures that mandatory customer requirements as well as all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements are properly met and complied with through continual improvement

Position: Purchasing Clerk

Description:
• Provides support in facilitating deliveries of items to the Institute, in coordination with requesting personnel and/or end-user/s, to confirm that all items received from the supplier are completely accounted for and in good working condition;
• Initiates all documents (purchase requisition, purchase order, delivery receipt, sales invoice, official receipt, receiving report, other pertinent documents) needed by Accounting for payment processing;
• Provides colleagues with the necessary administrative and logistical support, in the conduct of their respective duties;
• Provides all the needed support to achieve organizational goals and objectives, in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with established timelines

Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related courses preferably with driving skills.
• At least 2 years’ experience with emphasis on canvassing. Handling of quotations and preparations and monitoring purchase orders.

Position: HR Manager

The position is responsible for ensuring the acquisition, maintenance, utilization, and development of the human resources of MCL including the formulation and implementation of plans, programs, and projects aimed at creating and maintaining the quality of work life for all employees.

Description:
• Designs and manages the recruitment, selection, and placement system to ensure adequate high-quality human resources at all times; develops and recommends for implementation appropriate measures for maintaining optimum productivity, continuous quality improvement and harmonious working relationships;
• Ensures integration into the organization of all employees by designing and regularly conducting a general orientation program for all new employees;
• Manages employment costs by developing and recommending to top management competitive compensation and benefits packages at reasonable costs ;
• Ensures that the legal rights of the institution as an employer are protected, defended, and enforced in all aspects of employment;
• Recommends the retention, direction, and use of external resources to provide services to the institution in the areas of human resources management and organization development;
• Conducts regular compensation and benefits surveys to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are kept updated, competitive, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements;
• Administers compensation and benefits policies including employee services and programs such as insurance, healthcare, leaves, and activities;
• Ensures that government rules and regulations on employment are properly implemented both for the protection of the employees and institution;

Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino citizen
• At least a bachelor’s degree preferably in management or behavioral sciences; with Master’s Degree an advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in human resources management or equivalent professional practice

Position: Admissions Director

This position is responsible for coordinating with the Vice President for Academic Affairs on quality student admission, its requirements and quota. The position is also responsible for the proper representation of MCL to its prospective student-applicants and parents. In close coordination with the appropriate officers of the College, is also responsible for the preparation and production of marketing paraphernalia.

Description:

Position: Laboratory Assistant (Physics Laboratory)

Description: This position monitors and administers assigned laboratories by coordinating schedules and maintaining records and inventories and prepare requisitions on the required equipment in the laboratory.

Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree in ECE or EE
• At least a year’s experience in the field or equivalent professional practice
• Preferably with work experience in operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Preferably with training and certification on equipment calibration.
• Preferably with training and certification on occupational safety and health
• Proficient in basic computer processes (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and email)
• Good moral character

Position: Laboratory Assistant (Chemistry Laboratory)

Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Must be a PRC licensed Chemistry Technician or Chemist
• Preferably with work experience in operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Preferably with training and certification on equipment calibration.
• Preferably with training and certification on occupational safety and health
