Enrollment for the 1st Term SY 2017-2018 (For Grade 12)

To all incoming Grade 12 SHS students:

To be able to proceed with 1st Term enrollment, report cards (F138) must be returned on May 29 to June 1, 2017. Look for Ms. Lorraine Villena, SHS Assistant.

As you return your cards, you may then continue with the following procedures:
      a. For shifters and those undergoing remediation (retakes or removal exams / FRE / completion):

                              May 29, Monday – STEM and GA students
                              May 30, Tuesday – ICT A and ICT B students
                              May 31, Wednesday – HUMSS students
                              June 1, Thursday – ABM and HE students

               Enrollment Advising with your Section / Academic Adviser on May 29 to June 1.
      b. For regular student with no unpaid dues from previous terms:
               Payment of matriculation for enlisted (automatically loaded) courses for 1st Term SY 2017-18 starting on June 1.

Failure to return your report card may cause delays in your enrollment for the next term.
